We isolate a depth-3 Buchstab minorant route for binary Goldbach and identify the remaining analytic wall as a one-R-match variance wall inside the Type-III shifted-prime surface. The documented local pivots do not remove that obstruction.

Safe call for review:

The useful expert question is whether this one-R-match variance wall is structural in the depth-3 Buchstab architecture, or whether a pre-L2 identity changes the variance object before signs are lost.
